The garden is transformed into the beer festival venue creating a lovley atmosphere throughout the hot summer days to enjoy over 14 very different beers. Beer aficionados and the casual drinker will enjoy tasting these beers in a relaxed setting. Festival food available throughout the day. Or why not choose a meal from the regular menu.

Dry, mid-gold in colour, with grassy hops.

       
Burton Bridge Sovereign Gold (Burton Upon Trent) 4.0%

Hoppy, pleasant golden bitter. Nice

       
Crouch Vale Blackwater Mild (Chelmsford, Essex) 3.7%

Smooth and malty dark mild for drinking in quantity! Fruity and full.

       
Crouch Vale Summer Breeze (Chelmsford, Essex) 4.2%

Featuring classic Challenger hop character and best quality Maris Otter barley.

       
Dark Star Hophead (Brighton, Sussex) 3.8%

An extremely clean-drinking pale gold coloured ale with a strong floral aroma and elderflower notes.

       
Downton All Rounder (Downton, Salisbury) 4.4%

Amber meets nut-brown colour. Aroma is wood, some toffee and mild dark berries. Flavour is hops, wood and some slight citrus fruits.

       
Farmers Pucks Folly   4.2%

Light and refreshing, with a citrus (some say grapefruit!) note. Using a true English hop, the East Kent Golding, and in great abundance too. Their best selling beer.

       
Hop Back Odyssey (Salisbury, Wiltshire) 4.0%

A full-bodied balance of maltiness, gentle coffee notes and smooth, slightly sweet flavours builds to a clean bitterness with hints of marmalade.

       
Mighty Oak Oscar Wilde Mild   3.7%

A wonderfully mellow, moreish dark mild. Brewed using Maris Otter, Pale Crystal and Black malts and gently hopped with Challenger.

       
Newby Wyke Summer Session   3.8%

A tasty session bitter brewed especially for those long hot Summer days.

       
Roosters Yankee   4.3%

Pale coloured premium aromatic bitter. Soft bitterness. Aromas of lychees and tropical fruit, sometimes Muscat grapes. Lingering finish.

       
Tring Blonde (Tring, Hertfordshire) 4.0%

Brewed using extra pale malt, this highly refreshing sunshine blonde beer has a wonderfully fruity palate which is balanced by a lingering late hop aroma.

       
Whitstable East India Pale Ale (Whitstable, Kent) 4.1%

Pale ales exported to India in the 19th century were highly hopped and this light refreshing Pale Ale is no different.

Award winning Old Rosie Scrumpy is allowed to settle out naturally after fermentation resulting in a truly old fashioned, full flavoured, appley, cloudy scrumpy; with a well balanced medium dry character. Suitable for vegetarians and coeliacs.
